MyPlate Report
Looking at the MyPlate report from the NutritionCalc Plus (NCP), I discovered that I have a serious deficiency of grain intake. Grains are a good source of complex carbohydrates and fiber that can act as prebiotics to maintain a healthy GI and immune systems.
There is a shortage of fruit and vegetable intake in my diet. This can cause vitamin deficiencies that can consequently lead to many non-communicable diseases like hypertension, diabetes, and stroke.
My protein intake is twice the recommended value. Overconsumption of protein can lead to dehydration and kidney diseases.

My total carbohydrate intake (42%) is slightly below the recommended value (45-65%).
On the contrary, my fat intake (41%) exceeds the recommended value (20-35%)
High-fat diet increases the risk of obesity and heart disease.
My protein intake was very high as mentioned above.
Fat Report
Despite the high fat intake, my saturated fat intake is within the recommended values.
Polyunsaturated fatty acids intake is important to lower the LDL cholesterol.
My trans fat intake is within the recommended rate; trans fat can increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.
